On Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th October, our whole school took part in Scoot At School Day. Each child was invited to bring in their scooter and helmet (or borrow a scooter from our breaktime fleet) and spend several 20 minute sessions throughout the school day outside riding and having fun with their friends. This was an excellent additional opportunity to get our children active and to encourage the children to travel to and from school in active ways. The children had an amazing time, as you can see from the photos! We will continue to hold a Scoot At School Day each half term throughout the year.
