Luce is the official mascot of the Jubilee year! 

The Vatican chose Luce to connect with young people and inspire hope and faith in the younger generation. 

The name ‘Luce’ means ‘light’ in Italian, symbolising hope and guidance on the journey of faith!. 

Luce is our beacon of hope. Her yellow raincoat symbolises journeying through life’s storms, her pilgrim’s staff symbolises the pilgrimage towards eternity and her muddy boot represent the long, difficult journey of life. 

Year 3 were introduced to Luce and prayed the Jubilee Prayer of Hope together!
