We are loving learning about the Stone Age in Year 3. We are learning all about the different periods of the Stone Age and know that during the Mesolithic period (middle Sone Age), people were hunter-gatherers in order to survive.

In teams, we thought about what life might have been like in the Stone Age and what things might have been threats or assets to us. We then went on our own hunt outside for tings that we could use to help us to survive in the Stone Age!

We looked for something we could eat, something we could drink, somewhere we could take shelter, something we could use to make a weapon and something we could use for making clothing.
