Out of School Club
At The Willows Catholic Primary School, we understand that families have different childcare needs. Our Out of School Club provides a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children before and after the school day. We offer four flexible childcare options for pupils from Reception to Year 6, allowing parents and carers to choose the arrangements that best suit their family.
Breakfast Club
7:30am until the start of the school day
Our Breakfast Club provides a relaxed and friendly start to the day, with a nutritious breakfast and activities for children to enjoy before lessons begin. Children can choose from a selection of breakfast foods, including cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt. Drinks include fruit juice, milk and water. Once breakfast is finished, children can enjoy supervised activities with their friends before being supported into school.
Cost: £5.00 per child, per day
Sibling rate: £4.50 per child, per day
Drop Off Club
8:20am until the start of the school day
Our Drop Off Club is ideal for families who need a little additional flexibility in the morning but do not require the full Breakfast Club provision. Children can be dropped off from 8:20am and will be supervised by our club staff until the school day begins. Please note that breakfast is not included in this service.
Cost: £2.00 per child, per day
Children arriving at school before the normal start of supervision must be accompanied by a parent or carer unless they have been booked into Breakfast Club or Drop Off Club.
Collection Club
3:30pm to 4:00pm
Our new Collection Club offers families a convenient and affordable option for children who need to stay at school for a short period after the school day. Children will be collected from their classrooms at 3:30pm and supervised by our club staff until they are collected by a parent or carer. This provision is particularly useful for families who need a little extra time to collect their children but do not require a full After School Club session.
Cost: £2.00 per child, per day
Children attending Collection Club must be collected by 4:00pm. Families requiring childcare beyond 4:00pm should book a place in our After School Club instead.
After School Club
3:30pm to 6:00pm
Our After School Club provides a safe, friendly and engaging environment for children at the end of the school day. Children are collected from their classrooms and can enjoy a variety of supervised activities, including: arts and crafts, construction toys and creative activities, board games, puzzles and books, indoor and outdoor games, sports and physical activities, opportunities to relax and spend time with friends. We aim to provide a balance of structured activities and opportunities for children to choose how they spend their time.
Cost: £7.00 per child, per day
Sibling rate: £5.50 per child, per day
All children must be collected by 6:00pm.

Booking and Payment
All bookings for Breakfast Club, Drop Off Club, Collection Club and After School Club must be made through My Child At School (MCAS). Bookings must be paid for in advance through the MCAS system. To book a session, log in to your MCAS account, select the relevant club and choose the dates required.
